PrepLink is hiring a high-caliber growth marketer who understands consumer behavior, acquisition loops, retention, and what it takes to scale a product with strong taste and relentless experimentation.
We want someone with 4+ years of experience doing real growth work for consumer apps or consumer internet products. This is not a generalist brand-marketing role. It is a growth role for someone who can move activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
What you will own
- Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, referrals, and re-engagement.
- Work closely with product and engineering to turn insight into product-led growth loops.
- Build channel strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, creator-led growth, and content experiments.
- Instrument the funnel properly and use data to decide what to scale, cut, or redesign.
- Bring sharp operator energy: fast learning loops, clear hypotheses, strong prioritization, and ruthless focus on what actually moves users.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in growth, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, or performance marketing for consumer apps.
- Strong comfort with funnels, experimentation, product analytics, and messaging.
- Ability to connect story, positioning, and channel execution to measurable growth outcomes.
- Bias for ownership, curiosity, and speed.
